Group Reiki & Sound Therapy Sessions - Old Hay Barn

Join Reiki Masters Melissa and Louise at The Old Hay Barn, Castlehill Road, Birtle, Bury, 7pm - 8pm for a super relaxing, group reiki and sound healing session including chakra and energy cleanse and balance. Reiki energy is a great help for emotional, mental and physical well-being, it can help with anxiety, stress, and negativity; as well as promoting feelings of relaxation, peace, and calm. Reiki can aid with sleep, aches and pains, and so much more, the list of benefits is endless.

In this group session participants are asked to bring a pillow and blanket to get comfortable on one of our mattresses. Then prepare to relax, destress and feel at peace in the beautifully restored haybarn loft whilst soaking up the reiki masters' energy, and listening to tranquil healing sounds. Each person will individually receive Reiki Master Energy from either Melissa or Louise.
