Group Reiki & Sound Therapy Sessions - St.Martin’s Church

Join Reiki Masters Melissa and Louise at St.Martin's Church, Castleton 12pm - 1pm for a super relaxing, group reiki and sound healing session including chakra and energy cleanse and balance. Reiki energy is a great help for emotional, mental and physical well-being, it can help with anxiety, stress, and negativity; as well as promoting feelings of relaxation, peace, and calm. Reiki can aid with sleep, aches and pains, and so much more, the list of benefits is endless.
In this group session participants are asked to bring a mat or something comfy to lie on with a pillow and blanket. Then prepare to relax, destress and feel at peace in the beautiful church roof, with their eyes closed whilst soaking up the reiki masters' energy, and listening to tranquil healing sounds.
